I know Lattimore was a liability against the eagles, but i think we are about to get our moneys worth this year. Im sure all the negative noise is going to motivate him. I do remember a game where he erased Terry completely, he's locked up Mike several times so im optimistic

that was then , can he stay healthy ? he is 28 so he is in his prime , but can he stay one the field ? he didnt last year since 2022 he has averaged only 9 games a season

he has played only a full season twice in his career.

so this trade is far from being a good deal at all

I agree with staying away from Ramsey. If the Commanders see CB as a very high priority, they could just use pick 29 on a CB. They would have a younger player on a rookie contract.

Im convinced we don't beat Tampa or Detroit without Lattimore. Our cornerback options were that bad.
So if an injured Lattimore helped us get the the NFCCG, im convinced a healthy Lattimore will get us some coverage sacks and
help us get back in the playoffs. If you know any DBs that have erased AJ Brown when hes actually being targeted let me know.
If we are grading the trade midway through the season, based on his performance, than yes as of now it hasnt been good.
but as i said im optimistic :)

Actually, I disagree with the last part. If we don’t make the NFCCG without Lattimore, then the trade already makes sense.

Is this a rumor?
No. Bleacher Report just made a list of trades they think could still happen. I'll try to find it and post it. Getting TH and keeping 29 would be something I'd have to consider. Don't see that happening though.

I found it, but it's not worth posting. Just pure speculation. They had Kirk to Cleveland for a 4th and Tyreke Hill to Dallas. Felt like someone was just spitballing.

He wants a new deal, so if Peters were to do it (I'd be shocked) I'm sure the 2025 cap number would be low. They can save around 14m be giving Terry an extension.

It just feels like a lot of hoops to jump through. He could potentially put us over the top, but honestly, I've kinda moved on. Multiple and credible sources did say we were very interested, but that was about a month ago.

The Bengals are trying to fleece someone.

I see before we took on the Tunsil contract.

Once they made the Tunsil trade, that probably took Hendrickson off the board. You never know, but we're running out of picks. I'm more excited about 29 than I am Hendrickson now.

I think the team will draft an edge, i could see them try to trade down in the 2nd before giving it up for a player. Trey is an elite guy for sure but as mentioned, i think they will address the rest of their needs via draft/fa

would not be surprised to see a team try to trade up for 29 especially if dart/milroe still there
