i believe they have flexibility after this draft since they had this protected pick holding up their draft capital (massive overpay to move Iggy's salary years ago)
So 2 firsts?

Lot of chatter about Klay going to Orlando

Need to know the price. I'd be interested up to a point. But I've never liked him much as a player. He's an empty calorie stat guy imo and his contract is gross given his actual impact.

My guess is his bloated contract is bringing down his trade value.

Rui, 1st and salary filler? Not sure that is even worth it for LA honestly. They are better off going after Murray giving up another pick

Since I've never said he was staying or going I don't really have a statement to hedge. No way to know. But I never believed it was a lock he'd go.....and, sure, until he signs it it's not a lock he will stay.

Guessing you were among those who guaranteed he'd leave?

I simply reacted to the multiple reports that said as much.

Not sure about draft position, but all star (or all NBA, all defense, maybe even ROTY?) would.

draft position makes the initial salary higher, on top of which the following salary raises build?

The only plus is if kcp does opt out it gives you a chance to combine his salary with Nnaji and their first to try and replace kcp

as long as they stay under that second apron, otherwise no aggregating salaries in a trade

Highlights from Redick's press conference. Yeah, he's definitely getting tossed from games and won't be putting up with nonsense press questions. At the very least, I will enjoy that part of it.

F bombs surprised me (and made Rob squirm lol)

I believe they’re comfortably under without kcp’s deal
