I don’t even care man.

Honestly, might not be bad if the Wizards do it right.

Feature Poole, let him average 30 and then trade him down the road.

But the Wizards won’t ever do that.

Yup. They’ll extend him at the max instead lol

Wow, Chris Paul. 38 years old. Maybe LeBron is next. A great oldies team can win! I wanted the Warriors to have faith in the youth, but at least we still have Kuminga (for now).

How does the new CBA work? Does it still incentivize signing any moderately good player to a max contract?

And Moody...

Poole did have to go, just surprised at the return

Maybe after he averages 30 they sign him to a huge extension with a no trade clause?

Saves a lot of luxury tax in future seasons
Which was going to be the demand of ownership no matter what
Jordan Poole going to a team where he's going to play 38 minutes a night, doesn't have to play defense and has the ultimate green light?

His numbers this year will be ridiculous.
yup every third night

Mikal Bridges is good.

But give me Simons and the 3 all day if I am rebuilding.

Yeah. Simons can be flipped

And he’s also young enough to keep

Okay. Bring back Iguodala and bring in Haslem. Warriors can use two roster spots on assistant coaches. LOL.

Seem like odd trade partners.

What am I missing here?

I can see why the Knicks would want PG-13, but I don't really see who the Knicks have that the Clips would want?

Brunson? Quickley?

Or would this signal that the Clips are now leaning towards blowing it up?
You are missing that the Knicks initiated the talk and the Clippers don’t want any of their junk.

It’s if you’re blowing it up

Draft picks

Lots of them

See, if they're blowing it up, now that the Blazers appear to be committing to Dame, sending PG to the Blazers for the #3 and contracts seems like a good deal for both teams.
The problem being they aren’t blowing it up.

I really wish they would.

But, obviously that is not to be if they turned down #3 and Simons.

Kinda seems obvious by now that blowing it up isn’t their preferred option.

You don’t try to bring in more salary if you are tearing it down.

Everyone, except the Clippers, are leaning into that theory.

They have said they aren’t trading either Guy.

Again: Not the route I wanted them to take.

But, might be time for me to come to grips with it.
