Poole, Rollins, 2027 2nd and 2030 protected first for CP3

They wanted to get off that Poole contract very badly. CP3 can be flipped. Question is for what? W’s still have more assets to include w/ CP3

Except.....they are moving into a new arena.

Be kind of tough to sell tickets with a rebuilding team in the arena.

Yes and no. They will draw if for no other reason than folks will want to see the new arena. Ballmer has shown that he's not Donald Sterling, so I think folks will continue to show up. Especially if at least part of the rebuild is done by trying to attract stars.

Now, if a rebuild starts taking too long, then people will stay away.
