"I'd rather play this team than that team yada yada..because so and so is a better player"...and some player on another team isn't as good so they should be much easier to beat, blah blah blah...

Fuck that noise. You get who you get....and deal with it.
Just be thankful your team is in the postseason.

Not that wild to anyone that's been paying attention. The dude is straight up toxic. He's not like some cartoon villain twirling his mustache purposely fucking things up and laughing at all the chaos. Plenty of players like him. But his presence will absolutely poison a team because of his massive ego and how he always thinks he enlightened and smarter than anyone around him. And that's just talking about his presence on the teams. On court, he doesn't actually elevate players. He's still the same player as he was on the Cavs when I can remember @tlance and I telling people that he puts up numbers, but doesn't actually make the players around him better as a quality PG should.

Excellent move. Last I checked, Portland had like the 6th or 7th best odds in the lottery. With the shortened odds, you're more likely to see a team in that 5 to 8 range jump up into the lottery. They definitely need to tank.

Utah needs to do the same. I see the tweet above that they are sitting basically everyone tonight, but they should tank the rest of the way too. They can't get to that 5 best odds range, but if they go on a big losing streak to finish the season, they could get in that lower top 10 range and have a shot. Tank now. Take advantage of dumbass teams in the East like the Bulls and Wizards still fighting for it.
