This was essentially a must win for them...but they see the writing on the wall now.
They are toast. Saleh is a nice asst. coach but he's not HC material...he makes too many gaffs.

Also, Wilson is crap...and even his teammates think so.
They would've been better off starting Flacco at QB once White went down.
Hell...Fireman Ed could do a better job and he's in his 60's.
