I honestly don't think Woody has anyone "slotted" anywhere. I can never tell a rhyme or reason why he sets lineups or RP sequencing the way he does. His approach changes from day to day, and it drives me nuts.

Well Kole had a good day yesterday minus the horrible last AB and guess that was due to the past metrics but I think yuu our guys up in third we who have the hot hand too like Garcia and IMO Willie who I think is about to break out
Guess kept Garver up as he himered but he has a very long leash

Come across that seniority trumps performance to me

I can't tell if Woody is overanalyzing or going with his gut. My philosophy has always been that a lineup needs to be as consistent as possible.

I think one factor re Adolis up high in the lineup is his speed. Not saying he should lead off but he does seem to show up in the big moments.
That needs to be cultivated and tested

So for that and bullpen usage issuesand his enamoring of Kole, at least for today

I just listened to the MLB Pipeline draft podcast. They brought up Termarr Johnson who I have been intrigued by for several months. They said one scout said Johnson has bat to ball skills like Vlad Guerrero and plate discipline like Wade Boggs. Wow.

Yeah we just need a lead off then probably not on our 25 man right now. I would think whoever comes in to CF allowing him to for to RF.

Tepid does not think Josh Smith is and ever day player but a guy like that if he continues to progress is ideal to me
