He is a average Coach his record was crap in Carolina and will be crap in Washington
It seems to be an issue with 1st round picks here such as Griffin, Haskins and maybe Young ... working on my brand man.I still have faith in RR. I just wish they could go back and draft Herbert instead of young. Young’s too worried about photo shoots and shit
Yeah a captain doesn’t do thatIt seems to be an issue with 1st round picks here such as Griffin, Haskins and maybe Young ... working on my brand man.
Back when Chase was missing OTAs and I thought it was a big deal many said "don't worry, he is working hard." I still think it was a big deal. IMO it gives the idea that he is an individual and not a team guy. No worries, he is pace for 0 sacks.

Yeah... Remember this??Meh. They probably would've found a way to fuck him up as well. They'd just have to work harder to do it.
Peeps told me that was crazy talk when I bought it up last year.
He has the goods though no doubt..

Heh. Yeah, I do.Yeah... Remember this??
Ron Rivera has served his purpose and should be dismissed after the season.

I watched Herbert at Oregon for 3 years. You can think what you want, homey, but you already got it fucked up. Tua wasm't the consensus #1 QB in the draft. Joe Burrow was. And going strictly with an eyeball test. Herbert at 6'.6" 235 pounds blew both Burrow and especially Tua out the water. Same goes for arm talent. Burrow and Tua may've been getting all the love from talking heads and the like, but Herbert had that "if you could build a stud NFL QB this is what he would look like" vibe like a mothafucker. Moreso than any QB since Andrew Luck a nd m,ore than him even. Not only was he huge and had the most arm talent in his class. He could move in the pocket, he could run, throw on the run, had touch, was smart. They say had he came out after his jr year he'd of been the # 1 pk. But as he played ar Oregon and not OSU or Alabama their dumb asses would've probably still picked one year wonder Haskins. If they passed Young they would of drafted Tua. Herbert wasn't even on the radar as Tua was the #1 QB in this draft with the hip injury. You guys are playing Monday morning QB here, cmon.
I liked Herbert in that draft, but at the time I was all in on the young hype. I think lance could possibly develop into one of those guys too.I watched Herbert at Oregon for 3 years. And if you think scouts didn't know who Herbert was that might have been true (though I seriously doubt it) until the Senior Bowl where he wowed everyone and ended up as the game's MVP. San Diego knew who he was.
You're probably right though about the Skins drafting Tua as opposed to drafting Herbert. The Skins gravitate towards players who get talked about the most, are sexy, and get hype. Players like Haskins or Chase Young. The Skins think that players who play at places like Ohio St and Alabama are better than kids who play at Oregon. That's too bad cuz had both you and the Skins really looked at Herbert you would've seen that he was a sexy as fuck breast and unlike the players the Skins keep drafting with their #1 picks. That Herbert has the goods to be more than a flash in the pan 1 year rookie wonder with a really cool nickname.

It is interesting to note that there have been 29 seasons since the last SB appearance (1992). If this cycle represents the actual operating system of the WFT, and your particular rebuilds take an average 4 years, then we've had 7 failed attempts to rebuild and are a quarter way in of our 8th cycle. I'm pretty sure that those of us here of a certain age group, hoping for a return to glory, aren't willing to keep this cycle going.
They will name them the Washington Sentinels just because of the movie The ReplacementsWhat I'm hoping for is a name change to Monuments or Memorials, something stupid like that. That will sever all connection I feel for the Washington Football Team and I'll be able to stroll away. I might keep up with em for a minute but the emotional investment will wane and I'll find a new squad to root for. Nothing on par with rooting for the Washington Redskins. Or I'll just follow football in an in general way. The vast majority of the last 30 years and the Snyder Era in particular has broke a foot off in my ass. But since I can't seem to get this team out of heart. I need them to do for me...............please. Do it for me.
No we will pass and draft best guard the spin will be we wont draft a qb before we know we can protect himIt is game three, they have time to improve. That's all I have. Any chance we get Matt Corral in here next year?
I am pretty sure protection isn't a problem this year. Then too I don't expect Scherff will be here next year.No we will pass and draft best guard the spin will be we wont draft a qb before we know we can protect him
