The Rangers are on the west coast and face OAK for the final time this season. Both teams desperately need the Rangers to get swept.

The Dirt Hill Gang will be Otto (8:40p), Allard (3:07p) and Hearn (3:07p). The pitching future for the Rangers looks really good. If we're going to get swept, I hope it's due to a complete failure from the offense.

I generally prefer to keep non-baseball topics out of the discussion, but tomorrow is the 20th anniversary of 9/11. Hard to believe that much time has passed.

Mark time moment for most of us among others. Sadly my Mom died suddenly 2 weeks prior to 911. Time is a precious commodity yet Ranger baseball is a welcome distraction and as well as this board where we can discuss even with differences civily and with a few laughs

My guess is Daly and Boyd will be less influential under Young’s watch
