Dean has proven he’s a product of chasing the next shiny object ASAP. At least that’s my take and I might be wrong but we've all been posting with him for years now and that’s been his repetitive theme.

I do believe he’s a true fan but the word patience is not in his vocabulary, always looking at the quick fix and never the long game. That’s why we cannot and haven’t seen sustained success for years now. You never can with a revolving door mentality - no stability. You never ever get a chance to grow, always rebuilding.

I actually understand it tbh, it’s a conditioned response, like PTSD, from only having seen a truly dysfunctional Front Office with ‘winning off the field’ decision making.

He was ... I am a fan. Went to Temple Baptist when I was very young. My dad and all his siblings went. Matt Rhule invited my nephew to prospect camp there. He didn't make it but it was cool he got a shot.

I think he has to start because if he continues to suck then it will be easier to convince Snyder they need to make a different move. I advocated taking a closer look at Tua this past offseason but that was never going to happen.

Yep agree, his job this year is to improve, not force throw or make mistakes and rely on the running game. If he can't do that this year...that could be it.

Haven’t really followed Baker that much, just the ‘hot takes’ from media heads... so I wanted to hear from a fan. Was wondering if perhaps he was like a Kirk Cousins (was to us). Produced but needed the right pieces around him. In others words. Good but not great, with occasional flashes.

The only thing I can say in that jackasses defense is he's on his 4th coach and 3rd different system in only his 3rd year. That's not good for any QB. But has decent WR's. He has decent TE's. And the combo of Chubb and Hunt might be the best 1-2 punch in the league. After last season he said he didn't need to work with a QB coach even though he was 2nd in int's and last or 2nd to last in rating. If he has a bad year it's pretty much all on him.
