Browns over clowns post game

You guys won b/c we have an awful QB who gift wrapped 21 points for you.

QB tends to be an important position.

I was just pointing out that by averaging 4 yards a play the Bengals didn't exact torch the Browns defense. The Giants averaged 4.7 today and lost by 27 points.

A ridiculous amount of 4th and 3rd down conversions by Burrow.

Washington has a very solid defense though so a nice building block on that front.

Four TO's by the QB is worse than bad. It sounds like his teammates saved another pick or two. It seems as though Haskin's is regressing. This was the easier part of the schedule in my mind.

Chase Young and Ironman hurt, yikes!! I'd like to see more of Wright.

I want a switch at QB to see what happens. We win this game with an average QB. This was a bad defense that we played that Joe Burrow teared apart but our QB cant figure it out. If RR stays with Haskins he doesn't care about winning this season.

While its very disappointing to see Haskins play in this game, and his season to date, its too early to yank him. Allen won't make that big of a difference. He clearly hasn't taken that leap forward, or even a small step forward. If anything, he may be regressing. But he is learning a new offense with many new weapons, all in a very short preseason. You can see his hesitation in where to go and he tends to lock into his first read. We need to give him a few more games to see if he can work through these issues. If not, we get Lawerence in the draft next year because if his play doesn't improve, we may not win another game this season.

I take that back. I don’t know if Allen is or he isn’t. I’ll leave it up to the coaches though.

I think he has to start because if he continues to suck then it will be easier to convince Snyder they need to make a different move. I advocated taking a closer look at Tua this past offseason but that was never going to happen.

Ok tomcat what are we trying to accomplish ? You think this team is competitive ? For what ? 6 wins ? Better to play Haskins and if he continues the poor play so what ? You draft Lawrence . I have said all off season this team wasn’t competitive . I said it was an evaluation year . Now if you think putting Allen in will beat the ravens or rams or Seattle then have at it . This is a 3 win team tops but if you think winning 6 games and missing out on Lawrence and still having crappy qb play after not giving the guy you drafted more then 10 games to play then by all means be my guest
