jaylon smith , dallasI would beleive history shows that if a player cannot make the field due to injuries for the first 2 years, he probably will not work out.

He is the one example for sure. Love should have come out after his JR year but he did not. His ACL/MCL just isn't healing for some reason.jaylon smith , dallas
and what does it hurt ? he plays next yearHe is the one example for sure. Love should have come out after his JR year but he did not. His ACL/MCL just isn't healing for some reason.
It takes up a roster space for someone who cannot prove they can contribute or stay healthy. That is why it hurts.and what does it hurt ? he plays next year
No it doesn’tIt takes up a roster space for someone who cannot prove they can contribute or stay healthy. That is why it hurts.
I still see no reason to keep a guy around who cannot stay healthy and cannot beat out journeymen when he is healthy. I doubt Love plays a meaningful down in the NFL. Very sad but he has not been able to stay healthy for 2 years and showed a serious decline in play his senior year in college and you are still holding on to him? Why? What has he proven to you?No it doesn’t

I know you want to "sign and keep" our own guys but your loyalty for Love is confusing. I loved the pick but its looking like it wont work out.
So if he hasn't been healthy in 2 straight years, why do you think he will magically turn the corner and be a roster worthy RB?i dont believe he has been healthy
Gkekoa-
I have argued with you for 15 years so I am a little tired of it. I clearly don't want to have further discussions so I think we should both click the "ignore" button and move on.
i think he has never recovered from the ACL and hence being that he doesnt cost much you keep him to find out if he is a keeperSo if he hasn't been healthy in 2 straight years, why do you think he will magically turn the corner and be a roster worthy RB?
We had this same discussion about Scheriff and I was right. Once a player starts racking up injuries or cannot get over a procedure/injury, their play declines and you need to move on.
I wish we would have used that cap room on someone else other than Scheriff.
