Not nearly as long as your trolling, but when it's all you have, go for it.

Suckeye fans are the ones keeping this going. The sooner they admit they lost due to their own mistakes, and not due to the refs, the sooner this thread dies.

The sooner you stop jerking it to Michael's Hane's commercials from 2013, the sooner your hand heals up.

I think there has to be room for interpretation. That was not a play that should've resulted in an ejection.
Most of us would want to see incidental contact removed. I just can't see them changing the rule to make that better. Anything that removes some calls would also lead to lawsuits later. And it would leave to more bad calls going both ways because it would be an even more muddy rule.

We have all had this rule bite our teams. I remember when Azeem Victor got ejected for a bogus targeting foul in the second half of a game that also had him suspended from the first half of the next game against Oregon. They missed him badly in that first half and got well behind. They outplayed Oregon in the second half with him back, but couldn't overcome it. That one stupid call hurt them in two games, not one.

The one thing I have always found unacceptable is that last element where a player can be removed from a future game for half of it and there is no avenue for review to ensure it is justified. There should be an appeal process if you are going to hurt future games.

Tough loss in a big game. Fans are going to be emotional. Never makes sense to me when fans of totally unrelated teams ask for complete contrition

That just isn't going to happen. Not saying it's fair to just pin it on the refs because it isn't but neither is expecting absolutely zero comments in regards to key plays.

Why does one have to note that? Tons of coaches have taken over talented teams and done significantly less than Day did. He's the reason we have Justin Fields, and without him we likely aren't even winning the B1G East, let along all but punching a ticket to the National Title game. He also corrected a lot of Urban's mistakes (mainly, the defensive coaching staff) to take a mistake-laden team from 2018 and turning them into the team we saw this year.

Also, Dabo took over Clemson over a decade ago. It's not like he just took over the reins a couple seasons ago. He's a phenomenal coach, no question, but this has taken time.

Granted tons of coaches have taken over talented teams and done significantly less than Day. But, if you don't think there is a difference in taking over a program that is in good shape versus one that is a total wreck...and don't acknowledge such difference, then there isn't any reason to continue any type of conversation.

You can go at crotch/level, literally BELOW the waist, on a tackle... and if the offensive player decides to crouch or throw himself to the ground at that moment, you’ll get ejected from the game. It’s a terrible rule and application, and y’all keep arguing for it in general and IN THOSE cases. You’re truly stupid.
I haven't seen a single post where anyone is arguing the rule is anything but terrible. Where has anyone argued for supporting this rule? You are barking up the wrong tree.

Then you can give lots of examples? I mean I haven't read every post so if it has happened go ahead and quote them so we can all blast them.

The rule sucks. It brings bad results regularly. It has bitten every team at some point. Yet, it is also accurate to say the call was correct in this game under that bogus rule. The rule is the problem. I see most on both sides agreeing with that.

...but if the offensive player does NOT shift his position, it’s just a good tackle?:
