it's a drop. a bad drop. they do happen.
Drops do happen. Conversely, WRs also make plays for their QBs. I can't think of an instance where a receiver made a play this year. I can remember quite a few drops, though

No, not stop his body. Of course he only has to touch his feet down as his body carries out the back of the endzone. Only someone that doesn't watch football wouldn't have seen that catch 100 times over the last decade.
So about 4% of the time a catch like that has been made and we're gonna kill the guy for not being one of the 4%? Really?:rolleyes2:

That's because he was so scared he wouldn't catch it that he didn't have any consideration for his feet. You must catch like a girl to think otherwise.
he catches the ball over his head, past his body and you think he was scared?

From my point of view I think that first pass near the corner was either Wentz or Agholors fault. It was a good throw base on where the defenders were. It was an extremely difficult pass to catch and honestly don't think Agholor has the ability to make a play like that. That kind of catch would require Brown, Hopkins, OBJ, Julio type of ability.

My gut feeling is that they are going 9-7 now with no playoffs. I don't see this team beating Seattle, especially if Lane Johnson is out.

Foles is a better dink and dunk guy ... he's good at putting the ball ahead of the receiver and getting it out quickly (better for the possession personnel we have at the moment). Carson is a big play guy, so we need to get him big play receivers moving forward. Losing DJax has been a huge reason Carson didn't take the next step this season ... but that's the "type" of receiver Carson needs as opposed to the possession type taller guys.

Need a good combination of both. You need a guy who can make a tough 3rd down catch, and speed guys to play with him.

One thing I do not understand, why do we not use Jeffrey on slants so he can box guys out and make a catch.

To be honest I think the only thing Wentz needs is a receiver that can get open.

:pound:i think you're too attached to players. all i care about is winning.
I'm Sorry - but this is where I have to disagree with you. You are obsessed with your argument.
YES - The defense was tremendous but there is absolutely NO WAY that you an blame Wentz when he had ZERO weapons to play with. Give him some weapons and THEN we will see what he can or cannot do.

Also missing both starting WR's, but yes, same as the Saints game.

Yeah. I read some compelling stats of Lane in the game and not in the game with Wentz. It’s a stark difference, and the stars weren’t just yesterday’s game.

Support personnel matter!

He's the one that got his body in such a fucked up position. Get a clue.
