Well compared to the 2 bum teams we beat they are a good team....Don't be a homer now, Joe took us way farther than LJ did his rookie yr and a SB in his 3rd yr, so let's see where Buckwheat takes us as compared....
Don't be shocked if the Browns beat the stuffings out of him Sunday, it's the best D line he's seen yet this yr....No I'm not rooting for that to happen, I just suspect that it will....

A. I was just questioning you thinking Oakland is a good team
B. SB in his 3rd yr? What are you talking about??? It's one thing to give Flacco complete credit for everything good while blaming anyone and everyone else for everything bad, but you can't just make shit up.

Typo mistake but he led the team to five straight playoffs, 3 AFCCG'S and the SB MVP in his 5th yr...
He was never Tom Brady but he did a lot for this team even though they kept giving him sub par and over the hill receivers to work with along with umpteen different OC's....
I just think some Ravens fans don't appreciate that enough...I hope you aren't turning into one of them...
Anyway...........Go Ravens !!!

If you really want to blow the mind of a fan of the Baltimore Ravens, ask them how Joe Flacco isn’t anything more than a glorified version of Trent Dilfer: a below-average quarterback who caught the proverbial “lightning in a bottle” and helped his team win a Super Bowl, only to have the clock strike 12 and turn right back into a pumpkin afterwards?

Since winning the Super Bowl after the 2012 season, Flacco has not only guided the Ravens to one playoff appearance, but been a below-average quarterback in the meantime. His enormous contract is also a reason the Ravens have never really been able to build themselves into a team that can win a postseason game."

sounds like someone who was carried quite a bit.........yikes 1 since 2012, against the steelers but yikes......only been to the playoffs twice since 2012..........

Honestly OS...we had 2015-2017 and the first 9 games (4-5) of 2018 to appreciate what Flacco did for us in the past. I'm looking towards the future and the promise it holds. Go Ravens!!!

Lamar Jackson is younger and has a better team around him currently. The kid is starting to look like he can really play. Flacco has not been terrible but he's also clearly at the end of his run. I like Joe Flacco but everyone in Denver knows that he's a stopgap until it's time to see what Drew Lock has. The team is in decent (experienced) hands with Flacco but he's not the future, obviously. I think the Broncos will get better as the season progresses, as they're suffering with a lot of new personnel and a completely new coaching staff and scheme. If they don't get better, Lock may very well be competing with a round one drafted QB next year.

Sure, the jury is still out on Lamar Jackson but so far, he looks pretty damn good to me.

Understood, but there were injuries during that time that he had to fight through along with the lack of playmakers....I would have loved to seen them get Hollywood and Ingram for Joe in his prime...
But it is what it is, and I knew it was time to work on the future, I just wish Harbs wasn't a part of that because he is terrible at coaching/picking coaches on the O side of the ball especially and even if JL pans out, he is probably going to ruin it with stupid calls like the 3 -2 point tries, and the 4th and go from anywhere...
But I probably only dislike Harbs because he is white...:D

Give me a score for this weeks game.....Go Ravens

Is that what you do when the Ravens win ?...Looks like you're gonna have a lonely season blue buns...
You just saw what a real 1st rd pick qb plays like as compared to a hybrid RB qb....I told you all he hadn't played a good d line yet and they would pummel Buckwheat...
But noooooo, he's un defensible , a unique skill set, why he put 59 on the mighty fins....
Hey I got some ocean front property in Arizona I'll sell you idiots, bring your check book....:L:doh::crazy:

It would not surprise me at all if Flacco led that team to the SB this year...Playoffs, I fully expect, and they call him Flip Switch when he hits the Post season....He hits another gear, I said right off, that thin air up there would make him dangerous from anywhere on the field....He has a Canon and is very accurate with it....You got a winner that is all class in Joe Flacco.....Decent oline, strong run game and some receivers that can catch, he's off to the races.....

I just want to see how many people get it right between a proven pocket passer and a run option qb..
I'm confident that a pure pocket passer is a better choice....We'll revisit this at the end of season and I can brand the morons and give props to the better thinkers on the subject...
Flacco is poised to have an outstanding year in Denver with a strong run game, solid TE's, playmaker wr, and a strong D.....Playoff formula IMO

Ravens are building a recipe for failure IMO with their hybrid college scheme...

0-4, not looking like a playoff team . Joe not elevating his team..........

Lamar threw his first pick after like 240 tosses w/o a int. Flacco throws 1 every 24 passes

He's lost 2 in row, and almost 3....He got way out played today by Baker who is also in his second year....He threw 2 picks today because it's the first good D he's faced....There will be more, book it...
Embarrassed our fans at home....Joe's at the end of his career and Lamar is supposed to be a Mahomes to hear people talk....I wish he was, but he ain't and people will see as the yr goes on...
Having a buffoon as his HC is not gonna help him either...:gaah:

Wont comment about Harbs, because it's your team but your right about Joe, long in the tooth. This is only Lamar's 11 start 8-3 so far and he has improved from last year. I could be wrong but I think the kid will be good/real good. Kid has the heart of a lion imo, and that is huge

I really hope you are right about him...I would have felt better if he had handled business against that D today but he failed miserably....Actually only put up 18 points in real time, that last td was meaningless to the 40 they had put up on us...
Our D is not near as good this yr, Earl Thomas has done nothing to note, Weddle was better for us... 18 -24 points won't win many games in todays NFL unless you have a great D....
