Someone has tipped their hand over the last few years. Much more than back when they traded for Cliff Lee. A lot more rumors have been floated in recent years than a few years ago. Not saying JD is responsible.

This is the first time in 3 years that I haven't heard a single Chio rumor. I guess he will be clogging up the works for another 14 months. That is 8 less months of baseball to find out about someone else.

Who do you guys say needs to be traded to make this deadline an organizational success? Myself, if Choo, Minor, Pence and two relievers aren't traded it will be somewhat disappointing to some degree. Lynn would be a bonus.

Don't think anybody wants Choo's contract. And the Rangers don't want to pay any of his contract if he is.

I would like to see Cabrera, pence, forsythe, Martin, and minor off this team on August 1st.

Not getting something for Minor now would be a disappointment. An extension(a contract beyond 2020) is something we can discuss with him in about 15 months. Trading him now and getting him under contract for 2021 and beyond are two separate subjects that don't have to have anything to do with each other.

I agree, but with the expiration date of the contracts being 14 months from now and prior.

I understand the first part, but the second part is unacceptable if that is their stance.
