Weed is not addictive.
Not sure if I should laugh or ask if being sarcastic.....
Weed is not addictive.
While that's true just because someone has THC in their system doesn't always mean they're high. THC can stay in the system longer for heavy smokers & overweight people.
Every time I step behind the wheel it is in my system. From my day before "cake".
But there is a huge difference between it being in my system and some youngin' behind the wheel. Even if I just burned a bowl and then realized I needed to get gas or something.
I've had the odd speeding ticket but I've never had an accident. Not even close.
It was oozing sarcasm Plus that's what some keep telling me.Not sure if I should laugh or ask if being sarcastic.....
Now you're talking tolerance level, drugs just effect people differently.

It is not physically addictive like opioids, caffeine, nicotine, or sugar. Anything can be mentally addictive.
That's been rather debunked by the studies on it which I have seen in recent years. Daily users of marijuana will experience increased anxiety, depression, loss of appetite and trouble sleeping throughout the first 10 days or so. While irritability and physical tension remain for about 30 days. Those aren't horrific physical withdrawal symptoms relative to booze or opioids. However, they certainly qualify as such.
That being said, whether it is light use, moderate use or heavy use - relative to alcohol that marijuana renders less harm to both the mind and body.
Just personally, though? While under the influence of marijuana... I'm fucking beyond useless. I've never been a fan. It fills me with anxiety, depresses me, makes me self-conscious and renders me 100% incapable of socializing. I can't even carry out simple tasks. I do NOT understand how so many stoners I know just go about most of their day high and seem totally normal. It sounds stupid, but if you wanted me to show up high or drunk to work for you? You'd actually want me drunk. lol
So you drive after smoking pot and see no problem with that?Every time I step behind the wheel it is in my system. From my day before "cake".

Its addictive......There's no disputing that.....I make 48.50 hourly wage,and there's not a chance in hell would I jeopardize that,let alone making a mill a year.... ...
If your addicted to marijuana, they won't fire you,but they will make you seek help....That's the way it should be.
Then there are these guys at work who light up everyday knowing there's that chance the Union will be calling our shop a call for a piss test..........
Now what someone does on their own time is their business, not mine.....But to do that and come to work,is my business.....
Not sure why you are talking about all of that stuff, I'm not disputing that people make poor life choices.
But there is no physically addictive elements in marijuana. There isn't any disputing that, it is medically proven. I wouldn't give up my life to go out and shoplift either, but that doesn't mean people don't do it everyday. Some do it just or "the rush". Same deal. Not physically addictive, but the mental aspect certainly could be. But you don't die from stopping a mental addiction.
