Here is my honest take on Dallas:

Our QB needs to prove himself
our RB has that shit behind him (I hope_) and can give 16 full games to the team
Our OL will dominate like it has
Our WR will do better without Dez crying for the ball ever defensive possession
our Defense can't be worse than most thought they were last year
Our secondary will be better than it was becuause of experience
Our DL will be better for same reason
Our LB's depend on the health of 50
TE is always a toss up but give me an extra blocker and all is well

and to wrap it all up Wentz won't play up to speed for at least the first 8 weeks, so the division is Dallas' to lose.

People underestimate the talent level on Washington. The D has some talent including Ryan Kerrigan, Josh Norman and Jonathan Allen. They also have some talent on the OL including Brandon Scherff and Trent Williams. If Derrius Guice becomes the player he is capable of being in the NFL, they will be pretty solid.

My rankings:

Eagles
Redskins
Giants
Cowboys

I think the Eagles remain the most talented team in the division, top to bottom. They have the fewest question marks going into next season and I would be shocked if they were not at least a winning team.

People are sleeping on the Native Americans. Alex Smith is not exciting but he wins regular season games. If Derrius Guice can be a workhorse back for them, they could surprise.

The Giants' season hinges on that OL. If the addition of Nate Solder at LT helps that line become respectable, they could be pretty decent offensively. Eli can still play when he gets protection but he makes horrible decisions under pressure. Odell in a contract year will put up numbers.

Dallas has major question marks on defense and offense. Their receiving corps is the worst in the division by far without Dez and Witten now. I am not a fan of Dak, but in fairness, he has little to work with other than Zeke now. Defensively, they have some good young talent in the secondary but the interior DL and LB corps is still weak. I see a losing season in Dallas.

Is that what Washington wants? In recent years they have been all about the RBBC.

I agree with some and disagree with other parts. I think you are underestimating the Dallas D. There were several games where I thought they might have the best D in the division but other games where I thought Philly was better. I think Dallas has the potential for the worst set of receivers in the league and that will make it hard on Dak but the superior run game will help.
I also agree that this will be a difficult season for Wentz. The injury, the adaptation of his game and the mental part of injuries.
But from top to bottom Dallas doesn’t have the talent level of Philly. I always like doing the positional matchups so post yours if you want

QB Philly
RB Dallas
OLine this is hard. Dallas has the 3 stars but Philly has better depth and is also very good. If the Cowboy rookie is good then definitely Dallas
TE Philly
WR Philly
DE Dallas (but it’s close)
DT Philly
LB Philly
S Philly
CB Dallas but Philly can majorly upgrade with Sidney Jones.

I do find it amusing so many Cowboy fans are picking Dallas cause let’s reverse the table. Imagine if you had a QB just put in a MVP caliber season. A top 5 OLine a top 5 DLine, great coaching, you won the SB and beat Philly by 30 and all the Philly fans posted “Philly will win the division”. Could you imagine?

Trent Williams
Brandon Scherff
Jordan Reed
Zach Brown
Ryan Kerrigan

Some others, but that's a more talented team than you think, imo. Has holes, but you're off here.

*Trent is a star!
*Scherff is good.
*Love love love Reed but he’s always hurt. Pick him in fantasy every year.
*Kerrigan is good but fucking guy is HOF good when he plays Philly. Biggest Eagle killer I can think of now.
Never heard of Zach Brown
*The DT from Alabama was balling til he got hurt.

Still think they are the worst in the division

Eagles...

Defense might not be as good as they are a little weaker at LB now but they clearly have to be the favorite (as they should be)

More worried about DT with Jernigan out at least 1/2 the season. LBer is fine if we don’t suffer injuries but Hicks is always hurt... so LBer depth is the issue. I wanted Vander Esch in the draft.

Funny... everyone in this thread picked Philly except all 6 Cowboy fans... they all picked Dallas.

Giants only win Super Bowls when they arent the favorite, so Ill go with the Cowboys, that should guarantee they suck again
