I have hope they win, but i am realistic enough to see Georgia is well rounded and Bama's offense has been sputtering recently. Defensively I think we are on par with Georgia, so that is my hope, we create turnovers and capitalize. Still feel Georgia wins. Kirby will remind them of the last time the two teams met (when he was Bama's DC) and the Dawgs came up short at the end of a very good game.

Our offense does not sputter when it plays defenses of Oklahoma's caliber.

It has only sputtered against top defenses, which Auburn and Clemson have.

Even then, the struggles can be attributed to the OC not running the ball enough, of which was obviously fixed with Clemson. We didn't finish drives like we needed and that needs to be improved upon, but we did move the ball and control the clock the entire first half and didn't stop until Dabol got stupid with the play calling late in the game for which Saban rightfully chewed his ass.

In the end: I do not think Georgia has the QB to beat Alabama/Saban, but Alabama has the kind of QB that has given Kirby fits his entire career. No matter how many of our own fans want to shit on him, he's gonna to be what wins this game.

Georgia has handled mobile QBs very well this year. I'm not real sure we can stop your running backs the entire game without wearing down, but if Hurts is gonna beat us, it's gonna be with his arm.

Nothing impresses the blue blood powerhouses like raising a banner for a NC that literally nobody acknowledges.

I wont argue with you about Kirby having trouble with scrambling QB's. I will point out Georgia does have a top defense like Clemson did and our offense struggled to finish drives. I hold hope we will win and concede I was wrong if we do, but I am worried as this is a well rounded team. Not many chinks in the armor of this team.

The secondary is the weak link. We've handled scrambling QBs all year.

If Alabama wins, I'd expect it to be because out front 7 gets worn down by Bama's running backs, but if Jalen Hurts is gonna beat us, it's gonna be with his arm.

We'll see, but Jalen is not a "scrambling QB".

Gonna to reply to this in the other thread instead of this cry baby thread.

You only have to cover one reciever. It ain’t that hard. Now keeping Jalen contain is a little tougher but he ain’t no Baker either.

UGA has this because Bama doesn’t have the heart for a dog fight this season. You saw it in the Auburn game and down the stretch with Clemson they were just low energy. Saban sees it too and that’s why he lost his shit in the OC.

I'd fire his ass for wasting money on one of the most laughable "stories" of the CFB season.

It's easy to throw away other peoples money.

But I appreciate the effort for laughs.

It's not a stretch to name UCF a national champ. They did win their conference after all.

But your defense sputters and gets shredded with ease when you face an offense with a pulse. Be glad UGA is one dimensional. Bammer wins this one:

Now that UCF has claimed 1/2 of the national title, which other team gets to add the historic Carr-Osborne .5 this year?
