Big difference between a good QB moving onto a legendary QB and that of a legendary QB moving onto another legendary QB. Montana changed the game and the expectations forever in this league. Same thing that Bowlen and Jones have done.

They negotiated a tv contract, they didn't cure cancer. They didn't really change the game.

Hmmm adding Fox and NBC to the tv lineup, getting countless new businesses to sign up as sponsors, taking the league internationally, negotiating a CBA, adding Sunday Night Football to the lineup which is now the most popular show in tv history, in one negotiation with tv companies increased the value of the league 6X what it was in just one sit down. Yup did nothing really to change the game and how we see it today.

I'm still not a fan of owners getting into the Hall of Fame, how Jerry Jones got in still baffles me. To me it's for the guys who strap them on and the coaches who sleep in their offices. But if Jones is in then obviously Kraft should be as well.

He got in for the contributor role, not the owner role.

Not in any way.

Like I said, they negotiated a contract, something business men do every day. Robert then took over the committee. I'm sure due to his inside ties to the industry.

Nearly all of which involved Robert Kraft.

BS, they did a lot else. Remember when the NFL sued Jerry over Nike and Pepsi? the NFL owners had been idiots and decided that they would group up and sell all of their merchandising rights collectively. Jerry said "F that" and showed them how they were stupid and could make more money with their stadiums and TV revenues.

Kraft came along and followed what Jerry did.

Please elaborate.
I already have. he didn't get in because Dallas' value went up, he went in because he helped every owner make a lot more money. He grew the NFL brand and had the business sense not to just go along with the way the NFL had been run forever.

No, not like any other NFL owner had ever done. He broke out of the NFL Trust and showed how to make billions instead of millions.

Yea, no.

Good thing Jerruh, didn't copy Kraft's idea about a stadium.

Ummm hahaha no. Those deals were signed before he became an owner. It was right when he was signing on to the NFL and had nothing to do with those negotiations. His first work in tv deals for the NFL happened in 1998 because the deals were already in place for that time period.

Kraft has been involved in nearly everyone of those scenarios.

Please show me the evidence then because I can't find his name anywhere when it comes to those tv deals. Bowlen and Jones though their names are all over it.

:L

As if a fucking stadium is why Jerry is in the HOF.

Was pointing out they copy each other.

Kraft is the one that came up with a stadium being a year round place to visit, kind of like an amusement park. Jerruh has taken it to TX size scale.
