Shouldn't that be KD instead of Curry?

... My math isn't fantastic either but 11 is still greater than 6.

Facts. FACTS!!! Not allowed here.

While we're allowed to go back 30 years ... we can't go back 50 years -- that was the stone age.

Cavs winning Game 7 on the Road? Mehhhhh. Not this year. They need to steal one of the home games in GS in the first two games of the series

Cavs winning Game 7 of the NBA Finals on the Road -- will not ever happen.

Kind of leaning towards the CAVS in 6

I dont like the Warriors as much as years past vs CLE.
Trading bench depth for KD, doesnt work as well in a series versus this roster as past years.

I have to see if Lebron is fully rested and healthy.
He is getting up there in age, but I like the CAVS a lot if Lebron is healthy....maybe even CAVS in 5 games.

But, it all hinges on Lebron being 100% and rested.
The reports from Cleveland seem to suggest he might be a little sick or even slightly injured.

I dont necessarily believe he is sick. He is just gassed and tired.
They need to squash Boston and get that full week of Lebron rest instead of a game 6.

How much more rest could any player possibly need?
The rounds drag out forever and they've lost a total of 0 the first 2 rounds and a grand total of 1.
On top that, didn't he sit the last week of the regular season?

I don't think this series goes less than 6, in no way do I have the Cavs winning in 5.

Golden St. didn't really trade away depth. Their front line is arguably better than last years when taking Barnes and Durant out of the equation. West is the most balanced player they've had in the front court coming off the bench. Also, Clark has filled the role that Barbosa had relatively well. You could say their bench as a whole is just plain better. Especially with how McGee has stepped up this year.

Makes no sense to me either. Trying to figure out how the Cavs need so much rest. Worst case scenario is that this series somehow drags to a game 7 which is next Monday. The Finals start next Thursday.

What bench depth did they've give up?

They essentially swapped Bogut, Ezeli and Speights for Pachulia, McGee and West. Their current trio of bigs matches up with Cleveland much better than last war's group because they an all move their feet and are much better against pick and roll. San Antonio was the type of team set up to exploit the smaller, faster Warrior bigs. Not so much Cleveland.

As for the guards, they still have livingston and Iggy. Clark is playing at a much higher level than ever before and they have Barnes plus the occasional appearance from McCaw. While they do miss Barbosa, Clark is basically doing the exact same thing.

Their bench is actually better than last year, and they also upgraded Barnes to Durant. The notion that GS had to sacrifice depth to do it isn't nothing but a myth.

I wouldnt say they are better but they are still damn good on depth. Their bench was freaking amazing last year and I think the year before. Anyways, KD kinda is s luxury right now so it will be difficult to knock them off either way. Should be a good series

The bench this year is way better than last, and that's all you can come up with? This year's team has a better bench PLUS KD instead of Harrison Barnes.

You are salty about the Spurs going down (injuries). You'll see. Cavs in 5 LOL

Ws bench:

Iggy -- nice ... but 1 more year older.
Livingston ... 1 year older.

Pachulia -- who may not play at all.
David West -- nice veteran ... for 10 minutes / game. Can't rebound with Love/TT.
Matt Barnes -- if you are using Matt as example of improvement ... wrong tree.
Ian Clark ???
McCraw -- not sure if he is in the rotation.

This one is even more dramatic than last year as far as pre-series storylines.
The last 2 winners facing off with clearly the 2 best teams in the league.

West/Clark/McGee/McCaw are > than Speights/Barbosa/Ezeli, this is just factual.

McCaw started their last game by the way. He's legit. Clark has been terrific, he scored 37 when they played the Spurs and rested everyone. He's going to start somewhere next year. McGee god love him has been fantastic in his very specific role. West is awesome, and in the playoffs you only need 10-15 mins from your bench guys.

So,

heard this on BSpn earlier...what was Ty THINKING...?:L

I like it, the teams don't like each other so they talk smack. Joe Lacob said last week the Cavs may have won it last year but the Ws were the better team. Love the hate!
