C',on Wiggy...Quicken actually stayed away from the bad loans for the most part that swamped the mortgage industry.
Its why Gilbert has gone from 1.5 to 4 billion the last few years...but- yah- i get the joke, lol
There are actually rumors of Gilbert running book while an undergrad at I believe MSU and using strong arm tactics to collect, lol....
i dunno- i follow a ton of reporters, cavs insiders etc and have seen nothing on Thompson- and actually just read the SAm Amico article saying:
James was always expected to re-sign, but his situation is unique because of the immense influence he now has on the Cavaliers organization. His agent, Rich Paul of Klutch Sports, also represents restricted free agent forward Tristan Thompson. As negotiations had continued between the Cavs and Thompson on a new deal, the widely-held belief was that James would not agree to re-sign until that deal was done.
The Cavs are still expected to come to terms with Thompson, but it's notable that James was willing to commit to a return before that was the case.
ohh- and thats from the USA today....I know you dont trust highly accredited national media publications- but hey take it for whats its worth i guess, lol
Not true. They said Tristan deal is also done. Just haven't been made official so he was waiting for them to overpay Tristan
Oops....apparently Russy only reads the news from outlets other than Ohio?C',on Wiggy...
Whose joking....?

Where do you see that? I am anxious to see what Tristan's final number is. I do not see anywhere any evidence the Tristan deal is done.
Wouldn't doubt it for a second, but until it's proven in a court of law he's not guilty.
That whole loan industry can be very shaky.
I have a neighbor in federal prison who basically was convicted of the same type of thing during the house buying boom here in S.Florida maybe 10 years ago.
considering he has posted nothing and I have posted credible sources from none other than USA Today I think its fairly easy to make a clear determination LOLGuess we'll see who has better sources, you or BK.
I'm betting big time on BK based on the evidence presented.

AWESOME article from Mo Williams just posted on PlayersTribune.....so glad they are bringing this guy back. He was definitely a fan favorite!
I still have to pinch myself this is all real....just a little over a year ago who could have ever imagined this was all possible?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Somewhat surprising that LeBron agreed to return before Tristan Thompson's deal was done. "Separate cases," I'm told- usatoday.com/story/sports/n…
James has agreed to return before Tristan has.
I agree it can be tricky for buyersWouldn't doubt it for a second, but until it's proven in a court of law he's not guilty.

August 1 Haywood becomes guaranteed so there is plenty of time.He is a great pickup.
Do you think his signing signals the end of the Crawford talks?
I would like the Clips to get that Haywood contract, or did the time frame to pickup his option pass?
I wonder if the Bulls are interested in dumping Taj Gibson npow that they drafted another big?

Same people last week told us he was waiting.
