Yep.

We have holes galore.

Hey, did you see the Lakers worked out Ketia Bates-Diop?

Told you he'd be a good fit.

I like Jontay Porter, Hutchinson, Brunson and Shake Milton at #25 too.

You guys will get another good rotation player.

Interesting...

Pistons rightfully punished for running a joke of an organization and holding onto SVG 2 seasons too long.

Some interesting players to look at in the early teens. Probably not worth it to package and move up.
We have too many holes.

So, we should keep both unless we ship them in a trade for a star.

I don't see that happening.

I bet they will take Trae.

LeBron likes him.

But, not enough to stay just because they draft him.

I think Lebron is going to want to see a player that can make an immediate impact if he is going to stay. Young may become the next Steph Curry but it won't be next year.

If the Suns take Ayton, I think the Kings have to strongly think about taking Bagley.
I'm not as high on Bagley as others, would rather trade down if Ayton is gone and they don't want to add Luka to Fox, Bogi, Buddy

I speak draft fluently.

The guys that I really like for you would be Porter and Mitchell Robinson, if he falls.

I don't think Zubac or Bryant are your Centers of the future.

Both those guys could be.

Jontay was overshadowed by his brother.

But, he put up 10,7 and 2 blocks.

Might not seem impressive until you remember he's only 18 and only played 24 mins a game.

As for your homerism when you say things like "I doubt there's a single Lakers fan upset about how this went down." it drips of homerism. EVERY Laker fan should be upset that they gave up this pick. They can be happy that it wasn't worse but that is only a consolation.

Why? If anything it sped up the rebuild process. Had Nash and Dwight actually worked out they'd probably currently be in the position they were 3 years ago. And who knows where those ping pong balls would have landed then.

And FYI when I said "I doubt there's a single Lakers fan upset about how this went down" it was in reference to the situation they were in, not to what happened 6 years ago.

I honestly don't know enough about the college players to know if any of them are going to be any good,. I have to rely on the scouts and pundits.

But a big seems to be the priority for the Kings.

I questioned Zubac's ability earlier in the season. Dunno if you remember...

But yeah, a viable center would DEFINITELY be welcome...

Lakers won't have a shot at Bates-Diop. He'll go 15-20.

I'd take Brunson or Aaron Holiday (if he is available, doubtful). Bruce Brown could be a decent pick there and I don't know about Afernee Simons because he's a lot more raw....but maybe take him if he's still there?

Out of all them? I'd want Holiday the most.

It sped up the rebuild process? You are on year 6 of the rebuild process and the Lakers are still a losing team. How more years would it have taken if they DIDN'T make that trade?

Ball and Ingram missed a lot of games due to inijury. If not for that, they would have been over .500 this past season.

Bamba, Bagley, and JJJ could all help them, if one of the teams 3-5 really wanted Luka the Kings could trade back and still get one of those 3. And if they traded back to 6 MPJ could be available.

Oh, I remember and you were correct.

He's a nice energy guy and would be a solid 5 off the bench.

How far would the Lakers have gotten if Dwight had stayed? A few playoff appearances but definitely no rings.

They would have missed out on three #2 picks for starters.

So where would they be now?
