If we sign Cousins or Eli, I want us to move up for Barkley or fall back and draft o line

I would love to have Cousins in Denver, but not for the money he will demand. If he hits the open market the price tag might not soar has high as some think, or it could go higher. Only time will tell.

I think my preference would be to land Alex Smith from the vet list. Not sure what the Chiefs plan is but gotta believe that they're ready to move into the Mahommes era next year.

If we sign Eli I want us to draft a QB. Doesn't force us as much but I don't want to be stuck in another Paxton Lynch/Trevor Siemian 2 years later all over again.

We pick 5th we gotta go BPA. We can't afford to screw with this one, IMO. We don't pick here often.

I think hiring Eli's old position coach must mean something.

It could. The owner really wants Eli back. But I think at this stage with just a few years left Eli really wants to win, and not saying the Giants can't. They are always a team that when they're are down they quickly get back up, but...

One of the QB's will fall to the 2nd round .. as of late 2nd round seem's to be not bad odds .. Teddy would be worth a trade IMO also

Anyone but Cousins would possibly require Denver to use #5 on a QB. Bridgewater while low mileage is coming off a terrible injury.

I believe Teddy is a Free Agent. In fact I believe the only QB under contract for the Vikings next year is Sloter.

This is correct. I will be a wild offseason for Minnesota at the QB spot.

All 3 looking for a starting job.

The thought is Keenum will be wherever Schumur is.

I'm not sure why, but I don't want any of those Minnesota QB's. Give me Cousins or one of the big dogs in the draft. End of story.

No scientific or logical reason, just applying my limited knowledge about these players and how they stack up in my personal eye test. Not convinced that Keenum isn't a flash in the pan, Bridgewater's injury worries me long term and Bradford is brittle.

Sometimes, I just need to picture a player wearing orange and blue and gauge whether or not it "feels" right. The Minnesota quarterbacks just aren't ringing my bell.

So I think Tyrod Taylor and Alex Smith both get cut. Smith for sure as they have the QB of the future and need to free up cap space. Buffalo has about the same cap space was we do. They might choose to keep Taylor, but I think they are ready to move on.
