Well it's about frickkin time we get some make up calls for the 2005 Super bowl. {;-)
Which of you guys who were saying "Kam can walk..." are going to show yourselves and not make me go back and find all those quotes?
This is Detroit's Tuck Rule.
Not as painful because it wasn't a playoff game.
But, don't blame the refs, the plays were reviewable upstairs within 2 minutes, so the upstairs team had the jurisdiction.
If it was outside 2 minutes, a challenge could have been made by Detroit.
Wow. I didn't know that was a rule.
LOL. PC handled it well in the presser. I think the rule is bunk. Let's say he tries to recover it and it goes out of the back of the end zone. Why should it be any different? Take the whole intent thing out of the rule book unless it's absolutely necessary.
Of course he's not bigger than the orgAnization, though if he doesn't make that play, 'the organization' is at 1-4 and probably out of the playoffsWhatever. There's an entire thread about it, which revolved around a guy living up to his end of the bargain. He showed up. Read up if you feel like it. I'm glad he's here. Everyone knows he's a stud. But he isn't bigger than the entire flippin organization.
