It seems to me that - if that TMZ report is accurate - that 15 year old girl has got an attitude problem, and it's her dad's fault.
No father should be arguing about doing dishes with his child. The way it's supposed to work is the father commands it and the child complies. If this is not the case, the father is to blame for failing to properly set the family rules and hierarchy long before this incident.
