Deron williams just got bought out--- Kyle Korver is RAINING triples, Derrick Williams is playing great ball and looks to have great chemistry with LeBron- the Cavs gained another half game on Bostonf or the #1 seed- they are the defending champs- have the highest payroll in the history of the NBA

AND its sunny and 70 in February!!! ITS A GREAT DAY TO BE A CAVS FAN IN "THE LAND".....and having The King of the NBA at the height of his game making blocks like he did last night?

well how do you want to calculate it? if you dont want to use the actual numbers- why not % over the salary cap?

% over the salary cap? you get the same result.

% over the 2nd highest team? you get the same result.

no matter how you break it down- its the same EXACT result.

What does it matter? Your response has absolutely nothing to do with what I posted. Nothing. You are trying to cling to acting like the Cavs salary is something special. It's not.

Here are the facts:

The salary cap is the highest it has ever been. Fact

Because of that, some team was always going to be paying the highest salary in NBA history. Fact

The reason it's the Cavs is because Lebron has stolen Gilbert's purse and, like an angry wife, is maxing out all of his credit cards. Fact.

If the Cavs don't win the title, it's just a lot of wasted money. Fact.

So, stop trying to deflect. No one is buying it.

Here's a question for you:

Assuming the Warriors do win the title, they will have accomplished more than the Cavs and for less money. How smart will Gilbert's "highest payroll in NBA history" look then?

ya gotta admit- that is potentially a HELLUVA bench that David Griffin has/potentially has put together without hardly any assets.

being totally capped out- and hardly any assets- this team is going to be BETTER than last years team- even if they dont get Deron Williams- if they do end up getting them- even the biggest moron out there couldnt say that Mozgov/Delly > then Derrick williams, Deron Williams, Kyle Korver...ya know?

It can't possibly be better.
Last year won it all.
As far as Deron Williams, of course he's an upgrade, but as far as what the Cavs need I'd prob go with Delly, but we'll see.
