That dude has spent most of his life in Arizona so I doubt he'd like it.

We get lots of families that immigrate from Africa and the Middle East to where I live here in Alberta on the Prairies. I see them bundled up trudging down the street at -30 and I always think they must be saying to themselves "WTF did we move into this shit for?!?"

At least it's a dry cold.

Half that temp out here you feel more miserable than there, the air is so damp.

That's true. When I joined the Army in 1987 I was stationed in Cornwallis, Nova Scotia for basic training. I'd never felt cold like that before since I was just a pimply faced prairie boy.

The wind looking like it will play a factor now as well. Earlier in the week they said it will just be 3-5 MPH. Now that is up to 15-20 MPH

Seattle covers easily. AP had 18 yards against Seattle in December. Bridgewater stinks.

This will be a boring win for the Seahawks. 28-10, Seahawks.

I concur with your general thought. I was dispatched on a middle of the night emergency repair call, back when I lived in MN during the early 90's. Temp was around -20 with 10-15 mph winds.

I live in NC now.

that's bad news for Seahawks. Looks like AP will be set up perfectly for a big day.

So you think that conditions that make it difficult to throw will help the Vikings? Well actually I realize I shouldn't use the word think in this context but I would at least hope you would try and come up with a coherent reason for why the Vikings will win.

Bridgewater isn't exactly known for his big arm that can throw through the wind.

On a day like tomorrow is supposed to be, the Vikings and Seahawks should be playing in an empty stadium. But they won't be. It'll probably be packed to capacity. So if those brain frozen nut jobs can sit and watch the game the players running or sitting in front of heaters will be just fine. No more than 2 digits lost to frost bite this weekend.

On my bracket thread I ended up taking MN for homefield and the weather, with a touch of the hawks not likely having beast mode. Tough call.
