But if the Cavs do come out of the East and win it all somehow, it will be the most remarkable turnaround in NBA history from where they are at right now. Kyrie and Lebron are going to have to average 40 a piece throughout the entire playoffs.

I think its all a bunch of panickers and alarmists losing their minds right now. At the beginning of the month i said i expected them to struggle this month- trying to incorporate every that has been missing/been added.

It comes down to - do you trust LeBron's leadership enough that you think he will get there where they need to be.

maybe other people dont. The Cavs have 3 of the most talented 10 players in the East and a lot of vets that know what they are doing.

In the playoffs they will have plenty of time for rest, preperation and practice. Playing a team 4-5 times in a row is a lot different then playing 5 games in 10 days or whatever and criss-crossing the country like they just did going from Cleveland to LA to Denver to Charlotte to Cleveland to San Antonio.

if people think I am wrong- hey- feel free to say it- but also be prepared for that big ole soggy shit sandwich that is coming your way that LeBron, Kyrie and Love will be serving up to you very soon.

the playoffs are about mental toughness, talent, and matchups. The Cavs are as mentally tough and resilent and face adversity as well as any team out there. They have by far the most talent in the East- and their big 3 pose matchup nightmares for anyone in the East.

I am not that worried about the team but I am a little worried about the defense. It just hasn't improved, but I do realize the playoffs is a different game and everyone will be giving their all, so we shall see.

I guarantee their defensive efficiency wasn't as bad as the Cavs (2nd to last the last month) and during the second half of the season. The Rockets record stayed the same for the last month and a half or so, the Cavs are plummeting.

yah- its definitely not a good look- but id be a lot more worried if the Celtics had traded for George or Butler- or the Wizards made a significant move, or if Lowry and the Raptors were fully healthy and rolling.

If a team in the East is gonna beat the Cavs they would have to have a TON of things go right- and the Cavs would have to have a ton of things go wrong. The Cavs talent, and experience means a lot in the playoffs.

No matter who they play in the East- they will be the most talented, and have the most playoff experience. Those are pretty large obstacles to overcome. Impossible?--- certainly not impossible--- but probable? absolutely not.

As an outsider to this Wiggy vs about 5 of you feud, I have to say it's very very repetitive. At this point doesn't everyone know what everyone is going to say? Wiggy will say it's still the regular season and still predict hte Cavs win the East. The rest of you will make the same insults and memes and one of you will say Heat in 6.

I mean, maybe just wait for the playoffs and then re-start the trash talk? Then we will know if the Cavs really have a playoff gear to turn on or not.

that is what i think is the funniest part about it

they all love criticizing the Cavs- which i get- no one wants to see them win. They all want ot see the Cavs lose. But at the end of the day- they all know that as at least pertains to the East- it doesnt really matter.

ya never know though- i remember a while back when the Yanks were playing the Marlins in the world series - the Marlins got the first two games-a buddy of mine was a big yankees fan- and everyone was giving him shit--- and he said--- ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BET AGAINST THE YANKS- LET ME KNOW---- and it becamea s silent as the grave. Because everyone knew- the Yanks were prob more talented, and had been there- and even being down 2-0- betting on a Marlins team was really risky.

Of course the Marlins did win that series. So- hey- anything CAN happen--- its just not likely to happen. And everyone knows it.

mark my words- we will be hearing Chuck on TNT wondering how the fuck anyone in their right mind couldve picked any one other than the Cavs to come out of the EAst in a couple short months.

I love how Kevin Love matches up against hte Wiz too....thatll be a big series for Klove. I love how Kyrie matches up against the Heat. I love how LeBron matches up against anyone.

when you have a few days off and practice time--- and can get rest and preperation - its a whole new ball game.

The Cavs have been through all that and know how to prepare, know how to control their emotions, know how to overcome adversity.

These teams like Boston and the Wizards have practically no clue---- they will be learning on the fly.

Talent and playoff experience mean a lot in the playoffs- knowing how to prepare means a lot. The Cavs will have those advantages in a huge way over anyone in the East.

Don't be surprised if the Rockets make a Clippers sort of run and then run out of gas against either the Spurs or Warriors. Sorry Mecca, but after the 14-15 Clip beat the Spurs, then went up on the Rockets it was looking damn good.
