But if the Cavs do come out of the East and win it all somehow, it will be the most remarkable turnaround in NBA history from where they are at right now. Kyrie and Lebron are going to have to average 40 a piece throughout the entire playoffs.

I never seen a coach make so many excuses out in the open after his team lose a game. It is an embarrassment. Like you said if your team is so damn tired then rest them for the next 2 weeks.

Lue/James are SOOOO lucky that the Warriors allowed last years championship to slip away.
There would be TOTAL chaos there now, and all we would be hearing about is the demise of this group.

If they pull it off this year, could you even image what next years regular season would turn into?

I like the cavs, I love Lebron, and I'm happy for Lue, but goddamn man, he's pissing me off with this rest shit. If the seedings don't matter then just sit em until the playoffs start. Enough with how tired ur big 3 is. You don't wanna rest one and have the 2 carry the load. Or rest 2 and have the 1 carry the load. Rest them and shut the fuck up. And I don't wanna hear shit from lue about why the cavs got knocked out in the 1st or 2nd rounds.

I have no clue what he is talking about. Love hasn't even played much in the last month. I can see why Kyrie is tired and James has only rested 6 games all season, but like you said just rest the Big 3 or most of the starters the rest of the season. They will have the 4th seed at worst, either way they will have to play the Celtics or another top seed but if they are rested then no excuses.

One is fine with me, I would like more but I never imagined them getting one so now anything else is just icing on the cake. I really want to see the Indians win the WS this year after coming so close last year. Now the Browns...I might be 70 before they even make the playoffs

honestly, until someone takes The Dubs down in the playoffs i'd have have to think they're still a lead pipe cinch...

reason: if they're healthy they simply have too many weapons...

I agree but remember the Spurs never even had a chance last year and they are better this year IMO. I just think it would be a hell of a series between those two.

ehhh we shall see

I think its all a bunch of panickers and alarmists losing their minds right now. At the beginning of the month i said i expected them to struggle this month- trying to incorporate every that has been missing/been added.

It comes down to - do you trust LeBron's leadership enough that you think he will get there where they need to be.

I do.

maybe other people dont. The Cavs have 3 of the most talented 10 players in the East and a lot of vets that know what they are doing.

In the playoffs they will have plenty of time for rest, preperation and practice. Playing a team 4-5 times in a row is a lot different then playing 5 games in 10 days or whatever and criss-crossing the country like they just did going from Cleveland to LA to Denver to Charlotte to Cleveland to San Antonio.

if people think I am wrong- hey- feel free to say it- but also be prepared for that big ole soggy shit sandwich that is coming your way that LeBron, Kyrie and Love will be serving up to you very soon.

the playoffs are about mental toughness, talent, and matchups. The Cavs are as mentally tough and resilent and face adversity as well as any team out there. They have by far the most talent in the East- and their big 3 pose matchup nightmares for anyone in the East.

all you do is bring up seasons from years and years ago to defend your putrid lakers- and then tell me not to bring up last season.

but it doesnt matter- the playoffs are coming up soon and itll be overly apparent just how wrong you are again. Its gonna be fun.

itll be fun listening to Barkley question what theh ell people were thinking when they thought a team in the LEast could take down the Cavs.
