Mine:

1) Nuggets - They get this spot by default even though they won't win. (Malone needs to evolve as a coach if they're ever going to win a title.)

Malone needs to evolve as coach, what the hell are you talking about? For the playoffs last season the Nuggets were missing Murray, the teams 2nd best player.

This season they returned to the playoffs without the teams 2nd and 3rd best player.
