I thought uno was a shithook and I won't miss him, but I'm somewhat leery of the way he was removed. The mods here make a lot of threats and part of me thinks that they were looking for a CBSer to make an example out of.

One thing that I don't think has been made a point is that the banning could have and should have been prevented had we been able to show a slight amount of integrity with people's personal life.

The question that should be asked is, is posting a photo of another poster without their consent against the SportsHoopla TOS? (prior to today). If yes, then Uno probably shouldn't be banned. If it wasn't, then what you have is Uno asking HD to make a new TOS that presumably benefits everyone in the long run, but probably benefits just Uno in the short term.

HD says why should I make a new TOS just for you? Uno says its illegal and I'll sue you or something to that affect. HD says okay, fine - I'll make a new TOS for you now, but I'm also adding the ones about bitching and moaning about stalking or lying just for you. Then HD requests the photos come down and Uno continues to bitch about stalking or lying. HD says - you broke our deal and bans him. Should HD have given him more rope (e.g. saying something like never discuss this again after today) maybe? Do I think he acted unfairly?- no.
