He posed no threat. People with the vaccine are dying every day and the protection levels are going down.
We are witnessing an authoritarian government forcing its citizens to conform and comply.
This is a dark day in our history. We are at some point going to have to stand up against these anti Americans who are trying to control us.

Stalin would be proud.

This is just retarded as hell.
Coach was doing his job very well.

Welcome to the people’s republic of America.
This shit WILL get to the point where it rips our country in half. The Leftists will NEVER stop pushing and they will never compromise. Unfortunately it's going to take their ripping apart something like cfb before some people start to stand up against them.

And the thing is, Leftists are so insane, that even the cfb fans among them, will be willing to watch cfb go down in flames, as long as they are accomplishing their Leftist agenda.

I would bet it's going to court in some fashion. He was fired "for cause" with a $3M contract that runs through 2025. Hard to not imagine it doesn't get contested.

GL with that. Employer-based mandates have repeatedly been upheld by the SC.

I can guarantee you that if it was my $9M, I would be getting a lawyer.

Maybe there is something in the contract about it, maybe not., but I can't imagine it specified that the COVID vax was required.

If he complied, then why was he fired?
The mandate was either get the shot or put in for an exemption. He complied with the process. I get that you get obsessed with being right but you are wrong and ignorant on the stuff at Washington State. Go back to fighting with Minnesota.

He is ineligible to be a state employee.

His accommodation request was denied. He (as of today) is out of compliance with the mandate, which is why he is jobless.

is it Unconstitutional? where in the Constitution does it say a employer can't require an employee under contract to adhere to certain "mandates" to protect others that may be effected?

The constitution grants rights to the people and limits the power of government. You show me where it gives either the federal or state government the right to enact mandates?
