Nia Jax needed to not be in this match. These 3 had a storyline that set this up. Nia Jax was not part of it and obvious she was not going to win.

I will agree with that. I do like how they present Nia Jax. They could have easily made her be an Umaga and make her out to be unbeatable. That only works if they stay unbeaten. Once they lose, it is career suicide. Goldberg is the only one I can think that has defied it, but that could be because they over-exaggerated him and he was way over.

She needs to be beatable but still have that dominating image. 3-on-1 definitely did that.

I think the problem with women's division is once a women is in the title hunt, she stays there. No matter how good one is, star quality wears off after a while and they need to get a different storyline.

They need to make more female valets from female superstars. Trish Stratus and Lita, once their star quality wore off, they were part of tag team valets or female tag teams themselves and took a step away from the title hunt. Then after a while, they went back.

Even the best male superstars took different gimmicks. Drop to help push other talents in IC title and join tag teams and factions. Women's division is not doing that.
