Jason Garrett. He was much better last year, but his first few seasons were comically bad. Garrett directly cost Dallas 4-5 wins his first few years with costly clock mismanagement.

Realize he's out of coaching, but Holmgren was TERRIBLE. OMG, I so many times screamed at the screen saying, "JUST HIRE SOME KID TO LOOK AT THE CLOCK!"
