Both teams could return next year if they make any needed fixes.
They could.
This time last year, the Cubs were a lock. Baseball’s a funny sport.

Dodgers found a way to blow this series. They shouldn't have even needed a game 7. Only loss should be the Darvish game 3 debacle. They BLEW both extra inning games (games 2 & 5). Who knows, if CB Bucknor doesn't get in the way off that pick off throw in game 2 the Dodgers might have won in 6? They blew it.
They definitely did blow it. Still, no excuse for not making McCullers pay tonight. Lead off double and two hit batters that resulted in 0 runs. Knew then that the Dodgers would be in trouble and that happened in the 1st or 2nd inning.
Game 2 you can kinda live it but game 5 will kill them all winter. Up 4-0 with your ace on the mound and you somehow lose? Unacceptable
Verlander was great for Houston. Went 5-0 in the regular season. 2-0 in the division series and 2-0 in the AL championship series. He also pitched good in his world series games, just didn't get the win.Verlander, hoping around like he won a start.
Lolz

Congrats to the Astros and their fans. Now i just need to meet an Astro Fan.
Congrats to the Dodgers too, that's a great team, classy players, they likely own the division the next few years.
I'm happy Beltran finally got a ring.
Awesome! Let's try again: No way will the Giants win the division in '18.Ahem. It's a law of physics with you.

So, is Darvish's house still going to be standing tomorrow?
But I do believe it. The Giants are either the worst or second worst team in the division. It only works when you actually believe your prediction.
