Great series, congrats to the Astros and their fans, the better team won. Dodger bats completely choked and I was expecting Darvish to get hooked much quicker but Roberts stuck with his guys all season. Including leaving Bellinger in the clean up spot. Top 5 of the Houston order was dangerous all series, can't say the same for the Dodgers' top 5.

Cant blame Darvish for not scoring any runs AND the LA batters choking nonstop in the clutch

Houston hit in the key spots..... LA popped up, hit double plays, or struck out in the key spots

That was the diffrence tonight.

Well it feels good. Growing up in the H we copied Jeff bagwells stance. Tried to hit like biggio. Sang along to the shitty casa ole Jose Lima commercials. Now we final won one.

Ha ha ha

Case Ole, Fresh twoday, everyday, case ole, OLE!

I haven't thought about that in years.

Well the team I wanted to win once the playoffs started won it. Overall pretty happy, especially for some of those older guys.

Also Charlie Morton's dominance was :thumb: but also :tsk:

Nice post.

I feel for you. Despite the nice words you said, I think management fucked you guys tonight, not the team. I was rooting for them, and was glad to see Kershaw kick some ass.

If you’re anything like me, you’re next three or four days are gonna be rough, but the dodgers are good, young and rich. The future’s bright.

thank you Dodgers and Astros for ending the MLB season with an awesome WS.

condolences to Dodgers fans, but you guys have a great young team and a loaded farm... the future's bright. Astros too... I wouldn't be shocked if you guys meet again in the next 5 years.

Isn't Darvish the only pitcher in history to not make it out of the 2nd in two WS games in the same series? I mean he gave up 100% of the runs tonight. Yeah, he's a good part of the blame. Not 100%, but substantial part. He was bad.

I don’t blame Darvish, he’s going to try to do what they ask. He looked iffy and gave up two in the first, after completely shitting the bed against this very team days ago. If — IF — you’re going to bring him out in the second, why not have someone warmed up?

Down 0-5, the dodger bats were pressing, increasingly until it killed them. I don’t get it.
