I remember Billy Sample being one of the first Rangers' prospects I followed in his minor league career.Ferguson Jenkins and Billy Sample

If they don’t add anymore pitchers. This season’s bullpen could be worse than last seasons.
I remembered he hit for a high average in AAAI remember Billy Sample being one of the first Rangers' prospects I followed in his minor league career.
if they don't add anyone else this season's opening day roster will be worse than last year's. bullpen will definitely be a lot worse but opening day starting 5 will also be downgraded and the positional DH/bench roster will also be degraded. my projected 2024 final record will be somewhere between 2022 (68-94) and 2023 (90-72) and probably out of the playoffsIf they don’t add anymore pitchers. Disagree re offense.if they don't add anyone else this season's opening day roster will be worse than last year's. bullpen will definitely be a lot worse but opening day starting 5 will also be downgraded and the positional DH/bench roster will also be degraded. my projected 2024 final record will be somewhere between 2022 (68-94) and 2023 (90-72) and probably out of the playoffs
I think the flurry for the league will be between now and about Jan. 20. When the Rangers are going to sign anyone is really hard to tell. I am not even sure if they have a significant signing coming this offseason. They appear to be waiting out the relief market to get the leftovers.Simple law of supply and Demand
With TV money shrinking with many teams minus the Dodgers and Yanks there is less money to pay all the surplus of players still unsigned
Watch a flurry of signings right before spring training including the Rangers
Next Bally hearing is Jan 10th and really no one else is signing minus LAD. Every other fanbase grows impatient and we got spoiled.I think the flurry for the league will be between now and about Jan. 20. When the Rangers are going to sign anyone is really hard to tell. KC has been active and a few other teams have had some signings, like the Diamondbacks, Reds, and Cardinals, I believe.Next Bally hearing is Jan 10th and really no one else is signing minus LAD. Every other fanbase grows impatient and we got spoiled.
But yeah to me Hader is not going to happen but what do I know
One more SP and one more relief pitcher and maybe one more bat
Bowden says they are but who knowsKC has been active and a few other teams have had some signings, like the Diamondbacks, Reds, and Cardinals, I believe.
Hader may not happen, but that will be a mistake if they don't pursue him.
One thing about that is that there are a lot of teams that sit on their hands every year, all offseason long. The Rangers used to be in that boat.Just think alot of teams are sitting on their hands
