I do not want any more pitchers recovering from surgery. We have enough now that failed when we really needed them.

I do not want to sign another deGrom or trade for another Scherzer, but if they want to take a flyer on a guy and he is cheap, I would have no problem with that, as long as they do not depend on him.

I like Nola but don’t think it is without mmm min budget. Like Erod too.
Maybe Severino or Maeda on the cheap
But think a closer is first needed. A lot is years for Hader though. Wish we got Chafin last year. .
Like the guy who is the FA from Astros.

Like Stephenson. Hicks maybe.

Yeah, he is supposed to be just about the best pitcher to come from Japan so far..

When it comes to the rotation next year my ideal situation this offseason would be to stand pat and spend anything you have to spend, on the bullpen. I feel strongly that the Rangers are going to acquire a rotation piece though.
