Well, I hope the best for Acker, Crim and Wendzel. Those guys along with Englert and Ragans are going to make up a very good ex-Ranger team at some point.

I guess we will continue, with rare exceptions, to acquire almost all of our starting pitchers via free agency or trade. That works if the owners have the money.

I imagine we would have seen Englert up here some time late in the season this year. Now we will lose some AAA depth in Acker, most likely.

I look for free agents and trades this offseason. Probably will lean heavier on free agents though.
