No. I think the offense is struggling because no one is succeeding in hitting it out of the park.....

Seriously I don't think they did anything wrong last night. A lot of times whether you score runs comes down to luck and/or pitching by the other team. In some other games, late in the regular season and earlier in the postseason they were able to manufacture some runs but last night most of their opportunities came with an out or two and they didn't get the hits with guys on. I don't think the approach was wrong but the hits didn't fall in. When the other team has a bunch of good pitchers that happens.

Not really sure. I think they have too many outs and their lineup provides no protection for Schwarber or Harper.

They try to jack those sliders and pull off the pitch.
I would much rather see them take those pitches to right field, but it is what it is.

Live and die by the long ball and clutch hits with 2 outs.

And you have to tip your cap to the Astros pitchers.

Good point. JT Rhys and Castellanos are all pull happy right now. They need to go with the pitch with the way they’re being pitched outer half and they aren’t executing. Castellanos plate discipline has been horrid. There’s no reason to throw him a strike right now.

He's a classy guy, that's why. Winning a WS with 5 different teams isn't something done by accident.

IMO though, this WS won't count for the Astros as an organization. None will, until they give back the 2017 trophy and that entire season is vacated.

Congrats to the Astros. That’s a great team. Proud of my squad and appreciate them giving us a great season and a ton of playoff baseball. The Astros were far and away the better team.
