Season wasn't canceled, it was postponed.

Many recruits will not wait around to see if they play in the spring while other conferences play now. I predict massive transfers and defections to playing teams.

Huh? March 1st in Wisconsin, Ann Arbor, and Minnesota just to name a few? I looked up the average high and low at those places and it is still brutal...even into April.

Also, If you start March 1st, you likely aren't done till Mid May. Then you ask the team come back in July? I can't imagine coaches would sign up for anything later than a February start. It just wouldn't give their guys enough time to recover for the Fall season.

Y'all would probably start out fine, but by November it would be serious drag ass, by playoff time, ouch. Injuries would pile on top of injuries.

Disagree, I'm thinking the league office already lawyered up, and there isn't much the individual schools can do about it.

1) I would think the Big 10 offices are lawyered up 24/7/365 anyway. A full time staff.

2) The schools don't want to do anything about it. Their presidents voted 12-2 to end fall sports.

Only Nebraska and Iowa's president voted to keep pressing forward.

Warren gave the 12 presidents what they wanted. That's all.
