I skimmed over most of it. All she needs to say is she don't like the Seahawks or their fans and we can all move on.

To be my normal fair self, that wasn't a reasonable expectation going into the game. They were being homers, not highly educated students of the NFL when making those predictions. Blowouts like that don't happen very often in the NFL period. Much less against a quality opponent in the Super Bowl.
Well from this one anyway. Unless she really owns her hate I'd bet it comes up again and again. She can't stop herself. Hate is a powerful thing.
I don't hate the Seahawks, it's the fans like you that are obnoxious. PS, the people that agree with you are Seahawk fans.
See how that works?
I told you that Lynch wouldn't break 100 and he didn't. I told you Wilson wouldn't 'go off' on Denver and he didn't.
You don't want to admit it but I was right.
Moreover, you and your ilk are the ones that got pissy about simply disagreeing with you. You were making outrageous claims and some people here simply said you were wrong - and even submitted logical arguments.
You wouldn't hear of it.
You were high on green Kool aid and everyone else that wasn't - regardless of fan base - was just a 'hater' or a 'troll'.
You say you don't care about my opinion then get pissed that I didn't congratulate you for winning the SB.
You can't have it both ways. If you're upset that I didn't congratulate you, then you care.
So which is it?
You are obsessed with the predictions that you got right and you dont even mention the ones that you got wrong. You said that Seattle would struggle against the Denver defense just as much as Denver would struggle against Seattle's, that was pretty far off dont you say? You said that Seattle wouldnt be able to shut down that offense too, how many points did you predict Denver to score again? What was your prediction the final would be?
Ah, but aren't Seattle fans doing the same?
Did not Wizard predict the Broncos would score over 20 points? How many of your fellow Seahawk fans did so as well? I don't recall trying to give a final score. I thought it would be a close, and hard fought game - as did most of you. I felt the line set by Vegas at Denver winning by 2.5 was about right. I never predicted that either side would dominate the other in any phase of the game.
And it's not so much the insane predictions that I minded as there was no room for intelligent argument from the other side. Simply disagreeing with these predictions was enough to be called a troll or hater. It's like you guys forgot that we're not all Seattle fans.
See what I'm saying?
So you didnt make a prediction, but you're harping on those that did?
And if arrogant predictions bothered you so much, why were you not fucking with the Denver fans that were making them? I saw plenty of big predictions from those guys.
You're a Packers fan.
I'm a Steelers fan.
Winning just is who we are. We've never had to struggle for long periods of time. Well, the Steelers did but it was before I was born.
Still..as long as I've been alive my Steelers have been winning.
6 Lombardi's, 8 Lamar Hunts, 20+ men in the HoF, etc.
But it's not that way for all franchises. For some, it seems that you take one step forwards and two steps back (Cleveland).
It's HARD to win a SB. I think there are 13 franchises that don't have a single Lombardi. She's a fickle mistress. (I think the ones that aren't are: Bills, Bengals, Browns, Texans, Jags, Titans, Chargers, Eagles, Lions, Vikings, Falcons, Panthers, Cards.
Of those there are a few that have never even been there: Browns, Texans, Jags, Lions.
For fans of clubs that have hung with their clubs for that long...every year seemed it was a down year and other fans rip on you for supporting your team....when you finally get there, yeah - some cry.
Hell, I know I did after our wins in 2005 and 2008. I thought SB XLIII was going to give me a heart attack right at the end.
So if a Seahawk fan is so happy he or she wants to cry - let them. Let them enjoy it.
Without the fans, there is no NFL.
Bad news for you chief the Steelers have gone Loooonggg periods of time with no championships. Thanks for the history lesson quantifying the Steelers past but I think from 1980 - 2006 is 26 years winning Nada...to me thats a long time.
Its funny when Steelers fans puff there chest out and look down there nose...what a joke

I didn't see a whole lot of arrogant predictions from those guys, but when I saw them I pointed them out. If I saw a Denver fan that said Manning would throw for 400 yards, I told him that wouldn't happen.
And it's not so much the arrogant predictions as the not being allowed to have an opposing viewpoint on it that bothered me. Simply saying that Lynch wasn't going to rush for 150 should not have been enough for someone to call me a 'troll' or 'hater'. Ditto for saying that Wilson wasn't going to 'go off' on Denver.
That's the main issue.
Some of you guys way over reacted. It just seems there were two extremes with no middle. You were either high on green Kool aid or you were a hater. You weren't allowed to disagree and not be a hater.
There ARE teams that I hate - just as I'm sure there are teams you hate. Seattle isn't on that list for me. That list is the Bengals, Ravens, Browns, Pats and Cowboys. No Seahawks.
I saw a shit ton more double digit predictions in their favor than in Seattle's. But those seemed to be acceptable. Sure, some Seahawk fans call you a troll, that's going to happen when you seem to have a problem with any prediction favoring them. In the end predicting Lynch to have 150 yards rushing turned out to be no more audacious than predicting Denver to win.
I look forward to you getting banned. Your use of that atrocious emoticon on every post should be ban worthy.
Not only that but you're not a very good troll. At all. Go away, douchebag.
The question is why.
WHY can't someone disagree without being called a troll or hater?
Trolling would have been if I had said that Lynch will rush for 2 yards the entire game, or that Wilson wouldn't complete a single pass, or that Manning would throw for 500 yards.
Simply disagreeing - especially if one presents a logical reason why - shouldn't be enough to be called a troll or hater.
Worst Super Bowl since San Fran - San Diego. It wasn't even a game.
No, PS no one outside of a few of the Seattle fans are even reading either of our posts fully. I can assure you that the average person up here doesn't give a shit about either one of us. THAT'S how it works.I don't hate the Seahawks, it's the fans like you that are obnoxious. PS, the people that agree with you are Seahawk fans.
You also said denver would handle Wilson because they had already handled QB's better than him with no problem. You really won't respond to the direct quotes of yours I've already put up because all you want to talk about is the trolling one hawks fan got on you. I never said Lynch would run for 150y. I said I had no idea how much he would run for, but would put the ceiling at 110 to 120 which means he wouldn't go over that.clueless said:I told you that Lynch wouldn't break 100 and he didn't. No one questioned anything you said that was right. Not once. We asked why you called out Seattle fans before the game and said we should all be up here ready to take back that which we were wrong on and be ready to give praise to Denver if they won, and yet after the game you couldn't bring yourself to do the same and then deny you hate Seattle. THAT'S what this is about. You demand people apologize for a double post and then won't say something as simple as congratulations Seattle for your first Lombardi, or even just a "boy, I really didn't see that coming". I predicted (available on the seattle board) before you came up after the game that all you would talk about is lynch not making 150y and I was right. We know how deep your hate is. Just funny that you won't own it.retarded said:You don't want to admit it but I was right.
Nope, and I'll ask you for proof again, and again you won't provide it. There are lots of people I don't agree with and debate with often without incident. Ask RD or ninersickness if I attack them for not agreeing with me. I only bring them up because they might actually still be reading this (doubt it though, not this far down a rant post).morenonsense said:Moreover, you and your ilk are the ones that got pissy about simply disagreeing with you. Really? Because the only people I responded to were you, Ram, and morpheus. The latter hasn't returned to the board since. So much for his assertion that he would be up here giving props to Seattle if they were the better team that day. Ram has been trolling folks ever since and notice I don't bother with him anymore. And well we all know your hate. Everyone else? I had lots of friendly exchanges with most of the other Bronco fans. You won't talk about any of those because it destroys your entire premise right? Others that weren't fans of either? Nope, no attacks on them believing the Broncos would win, nor have I thrown any of it back in their faces. Not once.moreshitshewontbackup said:You were high on green Kool aid and everyone else that wasn't - regardless of fan base - was just a 'hater' or a 'troll'.
Ok, so you keep on saying this nonsense too. It isn't inconsistent to say I really don't care what you believe and still enjoy calling you out for being a tool. You don't have to care to enjoy exposing an arrogant and crass person with no honor. I'm just making sure people understand just how much hate and arrogance you really have. I think it's fun.totalylost said:You say you don't care about my opinion then get pissed that I didn't congratulate you for winning the SB.

Look, again no is telling her not to be arrogant. She wouldn't be the only one up here that is. Just saying own it and back up your words. You're a Packers fan.

Parity is a great thing in sports... No one enjoys having the same team/teams win championships every year. After a week, I've come to be ok with the Seahawks joining the club. Congrats all! The hardest thing now is to keep contending year in and year out but you have the monkey off your back now.
It's a really cool thing to see a championship for your team while you are living. I've been lucky.
