Maybe it was Goodell and Bellicheck 69'ing?
Show me the link. Should be easy enough if you're not making it up.
Why keep tapes that had no value?
The Patriots engaged in extensive videotaping of opponents’
offensive and defensive signals starting on August 20, 2000 and extending to
September 9, 2007, when they were publicly caught videotaping the Jets.
Here you go tough guy.....
Boss/SJ/Ozzark
you gotta read this>>>>>>> http://assets.espn.go.com/media/pdf/080514/nfl_FloorStatement.pdf
HAHA!!! So you are saying you know for a fact that those tapes had no value now?
Again what's the big hurry to destroy those tapes during an investigation? BWAHAHA!! That's funny.
Denial is so common in today's society.
The NFL confiscated the Jets tape on September 9, 2007; imposed
the penalties on September 13, 2007; on September 17, 2007, viewed the tapes for the
first time; and then announced they had destroyed those tapes on September 20, 2007.
Commissioner Goodell made his judgment on the punishment to be levied before
he had viewed the key evidence.
If their story is true, there was no reason to keep
them.
Bingo. IF their story is true!! And I would believe their story if it wasn't for the testimonies of many players and the fact that they were hiding something on those tapes.
Why not just show the tapes to the media and be done with it? Why hide anything IF THEIR STORY IS TRUE?
The NFL made that pretty clear.
What "testimony" was anything remotely tangible?
Players on the Steelers and Rams. Future Hall of famers that's who.
