But if you don't break it in the REGULAR SEASON, it is not a regular season record. If it counts bowl games them maybe I would shrug. Title games are post season play it is an EXTRA game to the 12 regular season games you play. Unless it is on your schedule before the season begins, it is not a regular season game.

The NCAA so badly wanting to remake history that they will do anything to get new names into the record books. Claiming such records is embarassing. No it does not it counts all the games up until the bowl game vs wyoming I can post the stats. If you add the bowl game he had another 222 rushing alone. I would need an actual box score for his total after the bowl game

Show me which ones played 5 games against top 25 defens and averaged over 150 yards a game averaging 1.8 td's per game.

Back in 2013, Carlos Hyde faced 4 of the top 28 and averaged 125 and 1.5, and we also faced #24 that year when he was suspended and ran for 263 yards, so I have no doubt he'd of gobbled up plenty more. He wasn't even close to getting an invite to NY despite running for 1521 yards and 15 TDs while missing 3 games due to suspension. He also averaged 7.3 YPC that season.
