I hear ya. I've got the SEC, Big 10 and LHN. Don't watch any of them. Everytime I've looked for some favorable games on them when the ones on ESPN/ESPN2/Fox, etc aren't any good they have crappy match ups or some other blah, blah, blah talk show.I don't watch tv much. Watch SEC Network only when games are on. If I'm paying for LHN I wish they would have asked me first but it got thrown in there with the "ESPN Package" and I couldn't single it out
Don't you have to pay extra for the SEC plus? I get the sec network, but the plus channel is blank.
The only flaw in this is using full 24 hour cycle. I mean does anyone really expect good new programming at 3 am? even at noon there is not always going to be some sort of live new event.
How on earth did you find a day that the 2005 Rose Bowl wasn't airing? Seems like every time I scroll past that channel they are airing that game?

Well anytime a discussion for the LHN comes up, Texas fans tell me how great it is to have a channel dedicated to them 24/7. And that they don't want a conference network because of that.
But what I found is that it's really not any extra content than what I see on the SEC network for individual teams, it's mostly just a bunch of re-airs. I have watched every single Alabama basketball game this year that I've been home to watch because of the SEC network. I'm not losing out on Alabama footage etc.
So I just expected to see more based on the comments Texas fans make is all.
Also no longer a mystery on why ESPN is losing money on it.
So, since it's generally know that conference networks are not prime programming. But the hardcore fans will watch to see their teams.
And the folks from SEC land will spend money to watch anything with a SEC stamp on it.
Go watch your third tier crap, and leave us and ours alone.
The wins are getting harder and harder to find with each season that passes.
I think the Big Ten network is badass. Almost always have something worth watching on. The fact they make you pay more for BTN Plus is straight up robbery though.
here's an odd thought, Texas is a liberal leaning university and I think we can all agree on that.
One of the big. national liberal agenda items is discussing wealth inequality and closing the gap between haves' and have-nots. Yet a liberal bastion such at TU is promoting this wealth divide by using their own brand to make more money for themselves at the expense of "raising all other boats". Give up the LHN and make a big12 network and all schools would benefit equally.
Question: Why the hell is Alabama on 3rd tier so often?
Is Alabama basketball that horrible it get relegated to 3rd tier Networks?
That is the stuff that nobody wants.
Only 1 single ESPN flagship appearance all season....zero CBS games.... that is pathetic
How does freaking Poor Aggie get SIX GAMES on 1st tier flagship stations and BAMA get 1 game??
Maybe, that is why the the Tide fan is watching SEC + on streaming video.
