I don't think they'll be in playoff contention, but they should be better (just good enough to escape the lottery is my hope). I predict 77 points for the Oilers this season (35 wins, 40 losses, and 7 loser points)

I think Leafs fans better get used to the idea that they're stuck with Dion for better or worse. Besides, Dion on defense is their best ticket for landing Auston Matthews.

Funny you should mention that esls - According to the Hockey News, Connor McJesus is going to be the third highest scorer in the league this year, behind only Crosby and Stamkos. They have the Oilers 3 highest scorers listed as McJesus (83 points), Eberle (76 points) and Hall (69 points).
