Who's gonna get sent down to make room for Jordan Staal?

I have no clue. I'd hate to send Letestu down right now....

Now that comrie is basically done for the season, can Staal take his roster spot?

I've been thinking about that for a few weeks now. The team is absolutely rolling right now, and that's greatly due to everyone assuming their role on the team. It's hard to pick someone out of the buzz line, because they're seriously gelling and they give momentum and draw penalties. However, even with our 4th line, it's tough to kick out a role player...because they've been great. The question is, are we putting Staal on the 2nd line and trying Geno at wing? Because he's shown to be better at center...unless he's with Sid.

I think that spot was already filled, since Comrie's been on the IR for a little while hasn't he? I would keep Letestu up, Conner can be sent down, Kennedy can be cut, I don't care. Conner and Kennedy are playing above their abilities, and neither is going to get any better, and they're barely league average players right now. I think I would send down Conner even though I like him more than Kennedy just because I don't like simply giving up assets. Perhaps Kennedy can be dealt for a 4th or 5th round draft pick, and those would be great returns for him in my opinion. In any case, I present my line combinations below with the note that Conner and Kennedy are interchangeable based on whether or not Kennedy can be dealt:

Kunitz - Crosby - Dupuis
Malkin - Staal - Asham
Cooke - Letestu - Conner
Rupp - Adams - Talbot

Asham, Cooke, Talbot, and Conner are all interchangeable as well, based on who's performing. I think I would actually prefer having Jeffrey up and Conner as a healthy scratch most nights, and put Jeffrey on the second line and Asham on the third.

Comrie is on the IR, and he's listed as such on the Pens website. If they filled his spot, I wonder who they filled it with?

I think Conner. Right now the Penguins' Web site lists 25 roster players. Staal and Comrie are inactive, so that means 23 active roster players, which is the limit.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just noticed that Jeffrey is also listed, and he's in the AHL. No one has to be sent down.

If that's the case... I'd cut Godard. What use is he, now? Engelland is much more valuable both as an enforcer and skill level. Godard has no value outside of fighting.

That's true. Rupp fills that role as well. Asham, Cooke and Talbot can help out as well. Cutting Godard is probably something they should do regardless of needing roster space. Call Jeffrey back up, scratch Kennedy and Conner, and go with the best talent you have.
