Think about it... NE would have to play a real schedule every year. No more free rides to home field "advantage" in the playoffs. Ol' Tommy Boy would get a little bruised up playing in the best division in football in a land where they don't throw a flag if you whine you just get booed at by the fans.

If NE played in the AFCN they would be middle of the road at best.
