A division with one powerhouse teams and three lackluster teams.
Meanwhile over in the AFCN 3 good to avg teams and one lackluster team. No real threat of a team overall.

Competitive yes, as in avg, but no real threat, no real powerhouse team. 11 games can win that division, possibly even 10.

No it's proof of parity, something the league has wanted for a long time. Meanwhile over in New England you have dominance over a sustained period of time. Something the league doesn't want.
Having several avg teams slap each other around in a single division doesn't then by default mean it's a tough division. It simply means it's several teams equal in strength slapping each other around.
If any of those teams were actually any good they would be dominant within their own division over the avg teams.
